Our rates are hourly with a minimum of one hour and a twenty mile radius. There is an additional charge for unscheduled appointments.

Hourly service payment is due upon completion.

Package payment is due prior to service.

Additional mileage above twenty miles is charged at a rate of $0.50 per mile.

Unscheduled appointments are charged an additional $18.00 convenience fee.

We accept cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Privacy Policy: Personal and credit card information is used solely for the purpose of billing and providing service to the client. We do not disclose information to third parties, however information may be disclosed to a third party to obtain financial obligation for the services already rendered by Matis Concierge.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations.
